VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

With an outstanding ability to plan, design and execute organizational processes, Janis has played an integral part in creating Credit Management’s framework and culture. After joining our team in 1995, Janis demonstrated her extensive experience in the collection industry by advancing through various roles at Credit Management, including Account Associate, Training Assistant, and Collections Manager. Through these roles, she has assisted with the development of our collection process and software design. Today, she is a key member of our leadership team, assisting with our company’s strategy, client support, and legal functions. Additionally, Janis plays an active role in organizing Credit Management’s community outreach programs.
