HUMAN RESOURCE AND TRAINING MANAGER
Tim brings 20 years of experience in developing training programs to Credit Management. Since joining Credit Management in 2008 as an Account Associate, Tim advanced in ranks to supervisor of one of our Account Associate teams. Today, he oversees our Human Resource and Training Department with a primary focus on recruiting initiatives and talent retention. Prior to joining our team, Tim was employed by the Dawson County Sheriff’s Office and Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center. Tim graduated from Bellevue University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and from Central Community College with an Associate Degree in Business Management. Additionally, he has been a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Leadership Tomorrow, Grand Island Chamber of Commerce, and Heartland United Way.
