Credit Management Services, Inc. is proud to announce we were recently selected as one of the 2020 Best Places to Work in Collections. Our organization was one of only 51 agencies across the country to receive this prestigious honor this year. Companies from across the U.S. entered the rigorous two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Collections. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey, and analysis process and determined the final rankings.

This is the fifth time in the last 10 years that we have received this award, and it is a testament to the more than 160 hardworking employees that make Credit Management a great place to work. We would also like to thank our more than 2,300 clients whose partnership with Credit Management provided the opportunity to make this happen.
